Live-View

Description:

Live-View™ software is used to actively communicate with the monitor and see real time data. Some of the
abilities include capturing and displaying of waveforms, as well as phasor diagrams to ensure that the power monitor is
connected properly.

Setup is also included in this package giving the ability to configure log rate and waveform capture
parameters. Site management gives the ability to add and delete sites when there are multiple data sets with this software.
Downloading data sets from the power monitor is also done with the Live-View™ program.

  • Features
  • Field Notes
  • Setup
  • Meter & Phasor
  • Snapshot

Global options and features of Live-View:

  • Export to .png file directly from screen, either to clipboard or save as.
  • Export to xls or csv file.
  • Switch between global Delta/Wye calculations with one click.
  • Multi Window mode can show one two or three graphs.
  • Annotations to mark important points.
  • Vertical zoom settings can be stored in a list to be quickly recalled.
  • Vertical and horizontal rulers.

Field notes can be stored during, after or before a test. This can be a script to work from or a marker for when tests are completed. They can be added in Live-View or U-View. They can also be linked to a specific event (Manual triggers, or SnapShot captures) Making data easy to identify during report stage.

Setup is accomplished using the Live-View interface. It is broken down into the following sections.

  • Site Management: Review used space and site specific items.
  • Logs: Log interval for each type of log.
  • Triggers: Sag/Surge and transient captures.
  • System: PLL, voltage multipliers, time and current settings.
  • Peripherals: External wireless peripherals setup items.
  • Network: DHCP, Static NTP & wireless setup.
  • Alarms: Notification setup for email alarms.

Meter screen shows calulated values in real time, these include:

  • RMS Voltage (10 Channels)
  • RMS Current (5 Channels)
  • AC Frequency (3 Channels)
  • Power (KVA, KW, KVAR, PF, DPF)
  • Phase Angle
  • Wireless peripherals readings. (Up to 100)

Phasor screen gives the phase angle and RMS of the voltage and current readings to ensure proper hookup.

Snapshots give the oscilloscope view of incoming waveforms. Power, Symmetrical components and harmonics can be shown onscreen in this mode. The ability to capture waveforms and save to the power monitor for further analysis can be done as well. The manual trigger for long duration (up to 2 minutes) is done from this screen. Field notes can be entered for items saved to the power monitor, making analysis in report writing easy.

Features include

  • Field Note input
  • Snapshot capture and store to power monitor
  • Waveform capture manual trigger with counter
  • Power calculations
  • Symmetrical components
  • Harmonics to the 63rd.
