Static Transfer Switch (STS)
With the Cx Monitor there are two ways to quickly measure STS switching.
- Connect the extra current channel (This is why the Cx has 5 CT's) and let the monitor capture data based on changes in current.
- Use the "Manual" trigger button in Live-View. This can give up to 2 Minutes of waveform captures making the task trivial.
When the task is given to see three phase input and output, the Cx Monitor has a solution for that.
The Time Sync function can sync units together (or to a NTP server) as close as 1 millisecond.
Giving the ability to synchronize data sets across multiple power monitors.
This time sync can be done wirelessly, connected though Ethernet or across the internet to a NTP server.
